We are a leading specialist in aerodynamic research providing complementary services and solutions to international aerospace and defence clients. Our clients include Saab, Bombardier, Boeing, Turkish Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Airbus, Comac and BAE Systems.
Typical projects include producing scaled-down military and civilian aircraft models, comprising multiple parts, which are assembled together and used as highly accurate forces/pressures measuring devices within the on-site high-speed (transonic) wind tunnel.

We’re inviting ambitious, hands-on individuals to join our Early Careers Programme as a Trainee Aerodynamics Operations Technician. This structured 3-year development role offers exposure to specialist engineering techniques across key areas: model assembly, balance calibration and instrumentation and data collection.
Over two years, you’ll rotate across these disciplines before joining one of our expert teams long-term. You’ll work alongside some of the best minds in the business, gain technical qualifications, and develop the practical skills to launch a long and successful engineering career.
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
- 3 A Levels or equivalent (T Levels, BTEC Level 3) – ideally with a STEM focus
- A natural interest in engineering, aerospace, or data
- A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
- Eager to learn, solve problems, and contribute from day one
