Paul Hammond

Paul, Head of EA and D&M Project Management, recently achieved Chartered Manager status after graduating on a Chartered Management Institute (Level 7) Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Course sponsored by ARA Ltd. This training took place at Huntingdon Regional College and covered strategic management and leadership modules.

The course commenced in September 2010 and took place on one evening per week, focusing predominantly upon work-based assignments. Courses of this nature are beneficial in that they provide a sound basis for personal/career development whilst ensuring that the sponsoring company receives a business benefit from the assignment outcomes. 

Paul has recently assumed a wider role at ARA and is applying the learning acquired during this course to address the new challenges arising in this new role.
