Introduction

We take pride in the standard of care we provide our customers before, during and after a test.

Secure Customer Room

A fully IT-enabled room is available for customer use before, during and after a test.

A firewall-protected secure customer network is available in the room.
 
PCs running Windows or Linux and printers are available upon prior customer request. Customers can also provide their own equipment for connection to the secure customer network.

Secure Data Transmission

A range of secure data transmission facilities is available upon prior customer request. We have extensive experience in setting up and supporting both ARA supplied and customer supplied Virtual Private Networks (VPN).

Secure Internet and Email Access

Virus scanned email and internet access is available from the very start of a test upon prior customer request.

IT Support

IT support for our customers is available throughout the test from a very experienced in-house team.

Canteen

A modern, attractive canteen is available for our customers while they are on-site. A wide range of food is available and special customer needs can be catered for upon request.

Laundry Room

A laundry room is located within a couple of minutes walk of the TWT control room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
