As part of my “Grande Ecole d’Ingénieur” Diploma, I carried out a six months work placement at ARA.

Through the combination of computational methods (CFD), software development and Wind Tunnel expertise, ARA possesses a vast and diversified knowledge.

During my time at ARA, I worked on different projects, and had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the testing of an aircraft model I had previously simulated using bespoke CFD methods. It was a great feeling of satisfaction to see the months of computer screen data come to life.

I was also involved in a variety of different projects which offered me access to a wealth of information.

ARA is a great environment to work in, and the interaction between the different departments makes the work even more fascinating.
