Robert Shribbs
Head of Human Resources
Rob joined ARA in April 2007 following senior HR positions with Lockheed Martin UK and TXU.
He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and has extensive experience of creating and implementing competency frameworks, managing graduate & professional development programmes, mentoring and resource planning.
Rob’s an advocate for personnel development and his many experiences include outward bound, counselling, and stage managing a charity pantomime in aid of Help a London Child.
Rob’s interests include golf, gardening, following Tottenham Hotspur and spending time with family and friends.
