Business Operations Executive

Robert Bosher joined ARA in June 2007 having previously worked for BAE SYSTEMS and predecessor companies for the past 31 years. He is a Mechanical Engineer and performed various roles in Design, Quality and Operational management. For the past 16 years he has held Senior Management and Director level positions in Business Development, Operations and Project Management in the Defence sector of Research, Design, Development and Production of Tactical Rocket Motors and Propulsion sub systems.

Robert Bosher is responsible to the Chief Executive for Business Operational excellence, techniques, planning and performance.
